Pricing
All prices are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change
product specifications & prices without prior notice. Delivery is not
included unless stated.
Purchase orders must clearly show Company Registration No. and
VAT No. (if applicable) in addition to standard delivery and invoicing
information. All purchase orders are subject to a credit check and for new
customers without a credit history advance payment is requested with the first
order. Our standard payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.
Ownership
Ownership of goods supplied shall not pass to the customer until
payment has been received in full. All order details shall be confirmed by an
invoice sent to the customer on completion of the transaction.
Payment Methods An official company Purchase Order must first be received by
fax or by post.
